Registration of new companies
Registration of a new company takes 3 to 5 days.
We will prepare and submit all the necessary documents for you. All you have to do is choose your company name.
We work with selected Law Offices and Notaries.

Note on paid-in capital.
Issued by optional bank. If I register a limited liability company with a capital higher than BGN 2 (the statutory minimum), then at least 70% of the capital is required for subscription
Consent to accept management and signature sample (specimen).
It must be notarized and signed by the manager. There are two options: to have a prepared specimen, who only needs a notary certification or to ask the notary's office to prepare it for me. In the second case, of course, it will come out "saltier" for me. The notarization of a document prepared by me will cost me BGN 6.
Founding Act (for EOOD) or Company Agreement (for OOD). It must contain:
name, registered office, registered office of the company; the names and personal details of the partners; activity; the amount of the capital as well as the value of the partners' contributions to OOD; name and personal details of the manager.
Articles of Association (EOOD) or Minutes of the General Meeting of Partners (OOD).
It must contain the decisions made by the constituent assembly as well as the agenda of the meeting.
Decision of the sole shareholder to appoint a manager (office) or decision of the General Assembly to appoint a manager (LTD)
I can nominate myself as a manager at EOOD; a partner may be appointed to a limited liability company, and a third party may be appointed as an outside party.

Only needed to do is Specimen Notary and open bank account account in your chosen bank with paid up capital of your choice starting from 2 BGN
