DISCOUNT FROM PRICES:
10% of newly registered companies or new start businesses. The discount is available for the first 12 months.
Free of charge for annual tax and accounting closure, including filing of reports with the State Fee Registry Agency for the first two years upon signing a contract for the same term. (no penalty for termination of contract due to termination of activity).
FREE registration under VAT.
Preparation and submission of zero monthly VAT returns – BGN 50 per filed declaration.
